Tesco chooses Korda &Partners.
Leading British retailer Tesco, considered one of the most successful retailing companies in the world, has decided to move into the UK’s large and fast-growing electrical products market.

As well as offering great service and technical advice in store, they are adding installation and repair services directly in customer’s homes.
These newly created Tesco Tech Support Advisors provide unbiased advice and help without pressure or hard selling. Korda & Partners have designed and delivered the training for these Advisors for all Tesco branches nationally. Training sessions are run in groups of 50 with innovative and dynamic learning methods unique to Korda & Partners.
Rod Brown, Managing Director, Tesco Technical Support remarked: "Korda & Partners produced an entertaining and effective programme that was pitched at exactly the right level and tempo. Everything was achieved on time and to budget and the success of the training has been evident in stores and at head office. We look forward to working with them again."
