At Korda & Partners, a consultant generally works on two or three projects simultaneously. He or she works in companies to conduct interviews, make group presentations and organise work groups. Some parts of the job are carried out in our offices, some in teams, or individually.
Supported from the outset by experienced consultants, the consultant will be trusted with increasing responsibility on future projects and more leadership roles. They will participate increasingly in writing proposals, running projects, and in the commercial development of Korda & Partners.
During their initiation period and thereafter the consultant will be trained in concepts, methods and tools developed by the firm. They report to a manager who accompanies their development in terms of skills and professional progress, mostly by way of monthly and annual reviews.
A precise 'career track' defines the different stages of a consultants career, what is expected of them at each stage and the skills to be developed, and lists the corresponding pay scale.

Korda & Partners recruit two types of certified associate consultants :

Experienced training consultants with excellent presentation skills to speak at major conferences for companies in highly competitive markets.
Consultants with experience in overseeing and running change projects with management consultant firms working for large companies.

Certified partner consultants carry out a part of their work for Korda & Partners clients under the supervision of a full-time in-house project director. Regularly trained in our methods and closely linked with our office via frequent meetings, certified partner consultants deliver Korda & Partners services, values and expertise to our clients in the same way as our permanent consultants.

Korda & Partners recruits students from the leading business schools for long-term internships. Interns assist our consultants on company accounts and operate specific actions, especially the benchmarking work used in the Leaders for Excellence Forum They often have the opportunity to join the firm, if they so desire, once they have graduated.
