Objective : Boosting business performance by having employees "happy in their jobs".
Our role : Managing for three years a major project involving more than 50 internal project team members and giving rise to multiple concrete action plans.
Results : employee satisfaction has increased by 46% in three years and ambitious business objectives have been reached.


Developing performance management :

Client : Large insurance company.
Context : The company has launched several projects aimed at accelerating growth and profitability.
Objective : Developing performance management in the company's main distribution network.
Our role : Identifying and implementing performance management best practices. Designing and running training programmes for five categories of sales managers.
Results : Growth in revenue and in profitability


Turning HR into a business partner :

Client : Telecoms company.
Context : Poor cooperation between Managers and HR teams is perceived as a handicap for developing people.
Objective : Dramatically improving the quality of cooperation between Managers and HR teams.
Our role : Managing the whole project: HR internal survey, service commitments, improvement local contracts, action plans in all BUs, strong HR communication plan including new tools, etc.
Results : the employee opinion survey shows a 21% improvement on the subject "My manager explains and executes our HR company policy".


Managing the people dimension of a company move :

Client : US Company and world leader in IT.
Context : Local subsidiary groups its teams in new HQ and wants to make this an asset for clients and candidates.
Objective : Getting all employees to buy-in.
Our role : Collecting and analysing employees expectations and suggestions, involving managers, supervising workgroups, managing communication about the project.
Results : project in progress.


Training managers on developing talent :

Client : World leading FMCG company.
Context : The new CEO wants management practices to change in order to promote talent development and retention.
Objective : Training all managers (6,000 in 75 countries) on a new way of handling mid-year and end-of-year reviews.
Our role : Designing the training pack for worldwide rollout, training all European HR directors and training managers in some local entities.
Results : project in progress.


Delivering the company's commitments to its employees :

Client : B to B services business with 30,000 employees.
Context : The Company has issued an ambitious strategic project about its commitments towards clients and employees.
Objective : Aligning management practices to the commitments made to employees.
Our role : Designing and running a training courses dedicated to the 1,500 managers.
Results : company commitments have been delivered.
