In all our interventions, we use four steps and follow two keys processes, adapting them to the specific needs of or clients
These four steps are :
Listening

      gathering useful information, listening to the parties involved, establishing and sharing pertinent and evidence-based analysis

Elaboration

      build and allow effective solutions to be built, run tests, experiment, validate, formulate action plans and implementation procedures.

Transmit

      deliver the implementation tools to all levels of the organization, train personnel, develop and put into practice.

Support

      provide reliable back-up in the field, handle any difficulties rapidly, monitor and communicate early successes.

The two key processes are :
Pilot

      decide, orient, plan, allocate resources, measure and follow progress.

Communicator

      explain, convince, mobilise, make specific presentations to the community involved in the project, manage the return on experience.
