How does the recruitment process work?


Our recruitment process is rigorous, demanding, sometimes amusing, and always a learning experience.

It involves the following steps, usually within a two-week period :

An in-depth study of your application
A first telephone interview to understand your motivations
Several tests, both written and oral, involving hypothetical situations
Interviews with at least two company directors.

In all circumstances, we promise :

To treat you respectfully and kindly
To give you our response as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours)
In the case of a negative response, to take the time necessary to explain our decision and provide you with useful feedback, if desired
In the case of a positive response, to make you a clear offer and allow you to contact one of our consultants to discuss any further questions so you can make an informed decision.

We apologize for not being able to :

Hold interviews with every candidate who submits and application (we receive over 1000 per year)
Offer a detailed personalised written response to applicants who do not meet our selection criteria, even when they possess valuable skills
Answer telephone inquiries about positions regarding candidates who have not yet been pre-selected.
